Refund Policy

To reserve the restaurant for a private event at Soul Kitchen, we require a deposit of £10 per person at the time of booking.  No tentative bookings will be held without this payment. 

In the event of a cancellation, we require a minimum of seven (7) days’ notice to issue a full refund of the deposit paid.  If your reservation is cancelled with six (6) days or less notice, we must be able to resell the tables in full to issue a full deposit refund.

If cancel your reservation or drop in numbers on the day of your arrival, the restaurant may charge an extra £10 per person as a food wastage fee.

Any cancellations or adjustments to your reservation made before the day of your arrival do not incur this fee.

Any voucher purchases made either from our website or directly from the restaurant are not valid for refund and cannot be exchanged for cash.

If you are not completely satisfied with any purchase made in Soul Kitchen you are entitled to a full refund or exchange as part of our refund policy on the day of purchase.
